Located at the Kennedy Space Center. Provide Project Coordination primarily related to BOSS Shop support, Engineering support, and Inspection Services, to NASA managed projects. Provide support to project proposal development and implementation, as well as invoicing for work completed. Projects range in multi-discipline complexity. The Project Coordinator will also support ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates for BOSS support to NASA managed projects. Monitor Shop, Engineering and Inspection support, to NASA and confirm adherence to task order requirements, and use of proper charge numbers. Coordinate with NASA PM to ensure assigned projects are completed on time, adn within scope and budget, and facilitate contract mods to extend schedule as required. Actively participate in NASA held constsruction project planning and requirements validation. Prepare Task Plans and other reports and corespondence. Establish and maintain filing system or database as needed for tracking project status. Update a Project Management database (Celoxis) weekly to maintain project status, cost and schedule expectations. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
Bachelors' Degree and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Experience in Project Management / Construction Support with infrastructure related focus. Good communications and analytical skills. Working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
