The Onsite IT Technician provides our clients technical support for all computers, tablets, mobile devices, the local area network, and other communications equipment. This role provides timely and courteous support for technical issues relating to the use and operation of their hardware and software. They will be responsible for the Tampa territory and will troubleshoot remotely as well as field work on a need by basis. Travel will be in the Tampa area within an hour radius. Milage will be reimbursed. This technician will be expected to work in a professional setting and must possess exceptional communication skills.
3-5 years of experience in related roles working remotely and onsite.
Experience troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues. Experience with ticketing system. Preferably ServiceNow.
Experience working in a professional office setting as well as troubleshooting remotely.
