Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is looking to fill a role for an Operations Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing / analyzing servicer loan remittance files, completing reconciliations, processing / verifying invoices, and other related assignments.



Responsibilities:

* Review data and prepare remittance files for internal database.

* Communicate with servicers to research and resolve questions in a timely and accurate manner.

* Complete data reconciliations.

* Assist in the preparation of monthly advances and fee-based audits / analysis.

* Liaise with other departments to support a successful and accurate reporting process.

* Complete allocations of deal expenses to be submitted for approval.

* Responsible for processing vendor invoices in Workday Financial.

* Ensure invoices are accurately coded, approved, posted, and processed.

* Maintain expense schedules for reporting.

* Analyze data and produce summary reports for management.

* Maintain monthly deal activity bookings in Workday Financial.

* Support other team members as required to meet deadlines.

* Assist with ad-hoc projects, as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management / administration or other similar degrees.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient excel skills (consolidating data, VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, etc.).

* Basic QuickBooks, reconciling data, and invoicing skills.

* Looking to learn and grow.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Knowledge / experience with workday financial

* Mortgage service industry experience

* Experience with automated reporting tools (PowerBi)
