A major client of Insight Global is seeking to hire a Digital Transformation Consultant to its team at Eglin Air Force Base! As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand future components of work to transform objectives into actionable plans. You will be responsible for strategic planning frameworks and establishing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement/accountability on measurable goals within the DoD.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in an organization change management or process improvement role within the DoD or Air Force
* Experience with long range planning inside DoD acquisition systems in addition to forecast capacity planning
* Prior experience as a SCRUM Master or Business Analyst within the DoD or Air Force
* Bachelors degree
* Active Top Secret Clearance
