- Cloud Services operational support

- Deployment of cloud resources using automation tools (e.g. Azure DevOPS pipelines).

- Resolution of cloud connectivity, performance, access, networking issues

- Tuning and troubleshooting of CI/CD pipeline tools such as Hashicorp Terraform, Hashicorp Vault, Rancher, Prisma Cloud Compute, etc.

- Troubleshooting and support of Container technologies, such as AKS, Rancher, etc.

- Contributing to and leading projects related to Cloud automation, optimization, security, etc.

- Inventing and implementation of service improvements.

- Managing the service provided by the global Cloud Operations team based on ITIL and Agile principles and practices.

- Consulting applications teams on the optimal use of the global Cloud Services.

- Handling Customers' escalations and concerns related to global Cloud Services.

- Systems and environments availability and capacity monitoring, control and management.

- Creating Standard Operating Procedures for projects
