Job Description

The ERP Systems and Services Manager oversees the delivery of ERP solutions and services for various business functions across our organization's subsidiaries using different applications. The role requires managerial skills, finance process knowledge, and technical expertise to ensure the ERP system is well integrated, maintained, and optimized for financial operations. The Manager also handles service level management, such as SLAs, incident tickets, change management, and related projects.



The Manager is in charge of staff recruitment, people management, performance management, and overall scheduling and capacity planning. This is a prominent leadership role that manages relationships with business stakeholders from different departments within the finance organization and supports the Business & Finance ERP applications portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 5 or more years of experience being in a lead or managerial role with increased responsibilities (this person will manager 3 individuals)

* Extensive experience in managing ERP systems, with a focus on finance-related modules.

* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial software applications

* 2+ years of techno functional NetSuite experience

* Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both technical and user-friendly language

* May require travel both inside and outside of state

* May require occasional weekend or evening travel

* Must live in South Florida and be in office 2-3 days a week
