A client of ours is looking for a Knowledge Manager to supplement a growing team here in Tampa, FL. A qualified candidate will be interacting with DBA's daily, and utilizing SharePoint very frequently as well. This person will be supporting analysts, operations, and project teams as they document their data requirements and establish thorough specifications. Conducts facilitation sessions to gather requirements. Builds logical models. Works with database administrators to build the physical model and overall data architecture, use of SharePoint is the standard. Reviews and reports on project metrics to benchmark effectiveness. Works closely with database administrators and developers to ensure that business models are accurately implemented in application systems. Ensures data quality alignment. Works on and across multiple projects to ensure consistency in naming conventions and promotes the sharing and reuse of data across applications and business areas. Contributes to data management internal projects as well as the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines.
- 4+ years of experience in a Knowledge/Data Management role.
- In depth experience working with SharePoint & Network Portals.
- Experience with repository management.
- Experience at a major combatant command with VJOC, MAVEN, or C2IE.
- Bachelors Degree
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency.
