Job Description

The VP of Total Rewards will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing UMAs benefits offerings. They will also be responsible for communicating the best use those offerings to the organizations employees. Develop, clearly articulate and direct execution of a total rewards strategy for UMA. Lead relationships with UMAs benefits broker and vendors, including regular evaluation of their performance and fit with UMAs overall total rewards strategy. Utilize HRIS data, surveys and other sources to analyze relevant UMA people data to inform decision-making and make recommendations for improved team member retention, engagement, and performance

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing compensation plans and employee benefits offerings
- Working knowledge of multiple HRIS systems, including compensation and performance management modules
- M&A (specifically, acquisition) experience related to harmonizing compensation, benefits and total rewards
- Experience leading organization-wide change-management initiatives
- Bachelors Degree
