Optimization: Develop and implement optimized processes that enhance organizational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Documentation: Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps, ensuring clarity and precision.
Training: Develop training materials and provide guidance to ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
Quality Control: Implement robust controls and quality assurance measures to maintain process integrity and compliance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, project managers, and subject matter experts to align process improvements with organizational goals.
Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms to monitor process performance.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to contribute ideas for process enhancement
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business field.
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer, preferably within the telecommunication industry but not required.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including leading cross-functional teams to successful project outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving, including extensive experience in root cause analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Expertise in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio
