A client of Insight Global is hiring for a tier 1 help desk technician for a 3 month contract with possible extensions. You will be responsible for providing tier 1 end user support for external customers of our client. You will be the first line of defense for users who are experiencing technical difficulties or have general IT inquiries related to both hardware and software.
- 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or System Admin role
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience troubleshooting laptops and servers
Good communication/ customer service
- Experience using Fresh Service for incident management
- Experience with Powershell scripting
- Associates in computer science, information systems or similar field
- Certifications
CompTIA A+
Microsoft certifications
