Our client in coconut grove is looking for a HR assistant that will serve as the department/ group contact. Their day to day responsibilities include 40% scanning 40% electronically filing 10% miscellaneous tasks such as ordering office supplies, ordering cake, sending out companywide emails and invitations, ordering monthly dessert/ birthday cake. There are looking for someone with a great personality with great communication that can assist with any task around the office.
