Remote Contracts Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to sit remotely to support their client local to Tampa, FL. This individual will be responsible for working on overages reports in the middle & end of each month. They will be checking the quotes for accuracy within Salesforce and processing those quotes. This person will also be responsible for downgrades and the creating of quotes when customers are looking to remove licenses. In addition to the creation of the downgrade quotes, they will also be signing off and processing. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have experience working in a remote environment.

* 2-4 years of experience working within Salesforce

* Experience in Sales Operations, Contracts or Deal Desk.

* Understanding of general billing and contract terms in a previous role.

* Detail oriented.

* Adaptability and willingness to learn.

* Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment



* Experience working with contracts in a previous role: verifying, validating and quoting out products and services

o College Degree

o Salesforce Certification or Licenses

o Experience working cross-functionally with other internal departments and teams.
