Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared IT Specialist out of Panama City Beach, FL. The day to day includes:
* Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
* Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
* Printer and related hardware resets
* User account support
* Customer service
* Working through trouble tickets
