Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Head of Application Development to join a healthcare organization to lead architecture and application development teams. This individual will be leading and providing direction to all projects and day to day operations including design, development, implementation, architectural and maintenance. The ideal candidate should be able to be hands on to the technical teams to assist with requirement gathering, development, testing, and overall project management with technical knowledge in SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, MySQL, and Adobe Experience Manager. This role will be interfacing and consulting heavily with peer leaders and high-level stakeholders internally as well as external vendors. This individual must come from a background in Healthcare IT along with 12+ years in application development, architecture, and leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years' experience within application development and architecture
* 5+ years' experience in the Healthcare IT industry
* Knowledge of SalesForce, Adobe, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Hands on experience with java and mysql
* Strong leadership skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and project management
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience working within a start-up environment
* Postgraduate Degree preferred
