- Interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems functionality, upgrades and enhancements
- Creating/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations
- Duties may include instructing system users on workflows
- Troubleshooting tickets via a ticket queue
- Upgrades to system every 6 mo-1 yr -- team members rotate through leading an upgrade project
- Heavy build work
- Maintain and upkeep all system documentation
- Mentoring new team members
- Cross training others from PB for backup support
- Participate in heavy customer meetings
- Carry out optimization of the system
- Team of 3 Analysts and 1 Claims (HB) -- Peer team on PB side, 6
- Clear understanding of systems functionality and/or departmental processes
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years minimum experience in application support and content building -- Epic Resolute HB
- EPIC certification is required within 6 months of date of hire/transfer into position, or within three attempts at passing the exam -- new version training required w/ new version releases
