Insight Global is looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage all of our clients company's travel and accommodation requirements. This person will work with Senior Management and individual team members to establish upcoming travel requirements. Research the most efficient and cost-effective travel options based on travel needs and the quarterly travel budget. Produce clear and concise travel itineraries. Prepare, maintain and present regular budget reports. Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and expenditure. Liaise directly with travel vendors and partners to adjust and change any details post booking. Be available to assist with after-hours emergencies as they arise. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work 100% remote.
Experienced in booking national and international travel
Experience managing travel schedules and logistics and communicating
effectively with a large team
Well versed with Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office Suite
