Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their Program Delivery and Integration team. This is a multi-functional role in which you will help strategically build and support the execution of the department's change management objectives at the enterprise level. You will contribute to leading the vision, alongside the AVP of Program Delivery Integrations, set forth by the Experience team by leading the development and execution of department roadmaps and partnering with key stakeholders to adopt and champion transformational change across their areas. This role is accountable for building strategic change and leading the execution of all efforts of the Product Delivery lifecycle from strategy to delivery by partnering, supporting, and aligning to the client's business units' goals throughout the change journey. This role will ensure all products transition through successful change management and adoption to meet the highest quality standards across the enterprise by sharing the product vision, aligning key stakeholders, engaging with the business to provide regular updates, monitoring the product development process, and channeling two-way feedback by enabling partnership between our sponsors and key stakeholders. This role requires you to be on-site in a hybrid model (Monday-Thursday) at the client's office in Plantation, FL.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in developing and driving change management, training, and communication plans across multinational organizations

6+ years of experience leading and driving stakeholder engagement

Proven track record in delivering results in accountability

Exceptional Workflow Management Experience

Proven knowledge of technology methodology (Waterfall and Agile) and knowledge of key business tools & technologies

Excellent relationship management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Cruise Industry background

Change Management Certification

SAFe Agile experience

Project Management Certification

ADA Experience
