A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator local to Tampa. The Project Coordinator plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up. Assists in development of presentations. Assist project manager with meeting facilitation and scheduling, follows up on action items. Assist project manager with administrative tasks and help ensure the teams are performing/reporting their status on said tasks. Assist project manager with project documentation and status reporting. Be a strong team player that will build positive and collaborative relationships.
