Clinical Applications Specialist

A client is looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist in the medical device industry to sit remotely. As part of the Clinical Consultant team, you will support clients by providing extensive and expert education on existing systems that are upgraded to the most recent version(s). The educational specialist will be responsible for staying up to date on policies and procedures, softwares and programs, assessing and documenting user competency, and conducting trainings at hospitals and clinics all throughout North America. The clinical specialist will be working within cath lab information management systems.

* 3+ years' of clinical cath lab experience

* Maintain professional credential (Registered Technologist with ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) (current credential to be considered)

* Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular interventional radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular interventional radiography (VI): We will also accept candidates who are RTs with a registry with CCI in RCIS or RCES.

* Willingness and ability for overnight travel, and international travel up to 80%

Volcano Intravascular Ultrasound device experience

* Bachelor's' degree or equivalent

* Expert knowledge of at least one current product for basic applications and one advanced application on Philips equipment is preferred.

* RN experience, perhaps seeking travel role

* Experience with competitor platforms such as Epic - Cupid

Valid Passport -- several clients in Mexico, Canada, Bahamas, and Saudi Arabia
