Job Description

- Meeting with auditing the coders

- Presenting finding

- Working with coders on complex cases

- Regular coding audits -- one audit per coder per quarter

- Ad-hoc audit project assignments as potential issues are identified by the cariology coding team

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong cardiology coding experience

- Audit experience OR 10+ years of coding experience

- Must be certified -- CPC, RHIT, CCA, CPMA, etc.

- 5+ years coding experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Nursing background/Clinical cardiology experience
