Insight Global is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Process Analyst to join one of our banking clients. This role is responsible for writing and executing tests on any production changes made to the platform prior to implementation in a production environment. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform in a Banking environment.
Qualified applicants will have heavy experience and knowledge about the testing process in order to make smart judgment calls when it comes to testing to ensure isolated issues do not spill into the entire workflow. There will be lots of collaboration in this role between other members of the ServiceNow Platform team and different internal users/lines of business. At times, this person will need to be able to make suggestions and provide strategic direction for others in order to improve current processes and enhance the testing experience.
We are looking for someone who has a knack for working with others, who can motivate other team members and who sees themselves eventually growing into a lead/management role.
This person will work remotely and operate on Eastern Standard Time.
