An employer is looking for a remote QA Manager to supplement some upcoming projects. This is for an Insurance Agency and they are spinning up their QA team and roadmap. This candidate will help implement a new policy system end to end. They are looking for someone who is familiar with manual testing but can help implement automated testing. They have not picked out tools and technologies so there will be a lot of creative freedom to pick the best methods.
-5+ years of experience with manual and automated QA
-Experience standing up a QA department and implementing a roadmap
-Bachelors degree in IT or Insurance
-Experience working with a Property and Casuality Insurnace company
-Start up mentality, go getter, out of the box thinker
-Ability to work EST hours, possible travel
-Will have to be on site or work a hybrid schedule in Clearwater if converting to an FTE
-Experience with Majesco software
