Insight Global is seeking an IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Pensacola, FL. The day-to-day includes:
- Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
- Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
- Printer and related hardware resets
- User account support
- Customer service
- Working through trouble tickets
