Job Description

- This position requires gathering information from several sources, analyzing and summarizing the information to draw conclusions and make decisions

- Utilize policies, existing knowledge bases and tools available to assist in formulation of recommendations

- Assimilate customer requirements, utilize standard IS methodologies, and gather information from various sources when designing solutions for business needs for projects with defined scope.

- Analysis & Design -- Develops a complete understanding of customer business processes and system needs. Creates effective solutions which meet customer needs and supports business processes and system needs

- Demonstrates core competencies for each technical area and/or tools supported. Understands the technical architecture of the supported system(s)

- Will be integral in the expansion of Epic - implementing Willow ambulatory for 5 outpatient pharmacies

Required Skills & Experience

- Willow Ambulatory experience

- Implementation/Build experience

- An Associate's Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college/university

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required

o Examples of relevant experience: EMR system experience (Epic preferred), data analytics, project management, programming/coding, technical problem solving, and system implementation coordination.

- Must have knowledge of and experience using software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases)

- Must have strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- BA Degree or higher preferred
