Day to Day:
Insight Global is hiring a REMOTE Social Preditor (Producer/Editor) for one of our largest Professional Service clients! This person will be joining their Digital Content Strategy team and develop original, educational and entertaining social-first content for their internal and external social media platforms. Will be responsible for developing scripts, editing of videos and copywriting while keeping the social media strategy for that project or segment in mind. We are looking for a creative that also has a professional/corporate social media strategy background. The ideal candidate has experience editing videos with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, can put together title cards, develop scripts, copywrite, and efficiently turn out content while ensuring it will hit the target audiences. Will also be responsible for voice over -- will review the communications plan, review who is in attendance, identify key leaders then create the story out of this and do call to actions. This person will be working cross functionally with teams, and responsible for joining calls for their assigned segment to best deliver on the social media strategy. For example, joining stakeholder calls for Tax if they are working on producing content that involves recruiting campaigns to entice seasonal Tax busy season hires for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and edit social-first content with a mix of text, graphics, photos, animations, emojis and everything in-between using Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
Research trending tools and conversations, pitch content ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create original platform-specific video content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Write compelling user-generated video scripts that employ industry-leading best practices through viral-worthy thumbnail title cards and engaging call-to-action text to drive engagement.
Support user-generated content campaigns by self-producing content including recording voice overs, filming first-person UGC scripted videos, and capturing content during onsite events.
Audit existing footage to identify repurposing opportunities to create fresh content pieces for cross-platform use
Required Skills & Experience
Must have:
* 6 years of Video Editing/Producing experience
* At least 2 years of professional/corporate Social Video Editing and digital content
* Experience creating scripts and shot lists to support short-form (60 second videos), impactful social video content for major brands
* Video Editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Strong copywriting experience
* A strong understanding of what content performs well on each platform, understanding tone, and the ability to adapt corporate campaign copy into digestible user-generated content scripts.
