An employer in the Healthcare software industry is looking for a Product Analyst to join their team. This person will be working on a team that supports their customer facing product suite that enables Healthcare Providers to maintain connection and communication with their various Healthcare Payers. Responsibilities include:
* Working with scrum teams on daily activities to clarify requirements, answer questions, remove barriers across the platform's space.
* Analyzing and handling production support work.
* Coordinating and attending meetings for new product implementation.
* At times assisting and/or filling in for the Product Owner on update calls and project work.
* Working with stakeholders to triage and troubleshoot issues both during and after the implementation process.
* Writing documentation about the functionality of the product.
Experience w/ Power BI or other reporting tools (creating, analyzing, presenting reports)
Experience working on projects handling web application login/captcha
