A client of Insight Global is looking for immediate help in Tallahassee, FL to provide support to a small team in the accounting division of the company. The team is relatively small and consists of 5 accountants, a payroll coordinator and a payroll specialist. The payroll specialist will be working hand-in-hand with the payroll coordinator, helping to process biweekly payroll for 450+ employees. This individual will be handling more of the reviewing of payroll through the ADP system, monitoring pay changes, supervisor changes, keeping up with system upkeeping, and ensuring time is entered correctly prior to payroll running. They will be wearing dual-hats, often supporting payroll while also working cross-functionally with the remainder of the accounting team, supporting other tasks as needed.
