Job Description

An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for a Technical Project Manager. This person will be working on-site three days per week and remote two days per week. This company does have a vaccination requirement. This person will:

Be working on 65-70% application projects, 30% infrastructure projects

Plan and drive execution of initiatives in partnership with internal and cross functional teams.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Manage, analyze, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as well as chair regular review meetings.

Track project progress and report effectively on status, blockers, and changes. Accountable for creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules, scorecards, and plans. Creates materials and presents at Steering Committees as applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager (15+ years of experience in IT)

Experience managing large strategic projects

Experience working with vendor implementations and application development (waterfall environment)

Engaging and must enjoy interacting with others both virtually and in person

Experience pulling and putting together project plans, managing timelines/deliverables/stakeholders, managing budgets, and presenting to various stakeholders

Extremely organized and experienced working under a PMO
