Job Description

Our Fortune 500 Client in South Florida is looking to bring on a FULLY REMOTE IT Infrastructure Compliance Project Manager to come in and hit the ground running supporting projects for Infrastructure Compliance and End-user Experience areas. This person will lead compliance and end-user related projects based on remediation findings across multiple technology teams and security products. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, extremely detailed, with great communication and relationship building qualities in order to be the driving force across multiple work streams to push the project forward. This person will get the right teams in place to remediate risks and vulnerabilities to stay compliant within corporate security. Project examples include Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, firewall components, windows machine settings, hardening standards, end-of-life, pen testing and more. This person will come from a strong infrastructure background that has also worked on a broad array of projects that involve migrations and implementations of operating system upgrades and installations; VMware server builds; backup appliance implementations; storage capacity upgrades; server upgrades, migrations, and deployments. This person will need a full life cycle project management background and must understand the process of creating steps and sequences from the technical side of a project plan.



This PM will need experience managing projects involving:

Implementation and adoption of Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, etc.), messaging & collaboration tools/services/reporting, end-user service management including Microsoft End-Point Manager, End-point deployment and management of Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices

Working understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory, Windows, Office, MAC, Intune, SCCM, and end-point management

Required Skills & Experience

Over 7 years of experience managing and leading teams/projects as a full life cycle Project Manager within infrastructure technology

(Operating System Upgrades, Server Builds, Database Upgrades, Storage Backups)

Experience leading projects supporting upgrades of IT Security Products and remediations based on compliance findings across multiple technology streams:

Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance

Firewall components

Windows machine settings (screensaver timeouts, etc.)

Hardening Standards

End-of-Life Systems

Unisys / Launchpad components

Splunk

Integrity monitoring

Encryption Keys

Standardized time (use of NTP)

Pen testing

Very strong background leading teams and projects to be compliant in order to meet security standards and certifications

Strong experience managing logistics and how they pertain to a project plan (equipment ordering, shipment, delivery, and cost tracking)

Strong background building and creating project plans including managing and forecasting budgets (GAAP/CapEx/OpEx)

Strong relationship builder with a great personality and strong communication to hold people accountable in order to drive projects forward (not shy!) -- VERY ORGANIZED
