A financial services employer is looking to hire a junior Scrum Master to their Acquisitions team. This Agile Champion will support 2-3 scrum teams in the Global Acquisition space, understanding capacity vs. what can actually be delivered. They will work with Product Owners, RTE's and Engineering teams to make course corrections and report through each PI. The Scrum Master creates features and capabilities and will ensure communication is effective to cross-functional and global teams. With established teams in place, we are looking for someone who can drive solutions, deadlines, and ensure success among their delivery teams.
- Must have 2-5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Has overseen 2+ scrum teams on and offshore.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment and collaborates well with engineering teams.
- Understands data flows, system integrations, and APIs.
- Has worked with Scaled Agile teams.
- Scrum or PMP certifications
- Experience in Rally, Jira, or Confluence
