Job Description
A client is looking for a team of remote Workday Integration Architects or Senior Technical Developers. Responsible for creating quality software applications. Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes for a specific business area (e.g., finance, supply chain). Knowledgeable of, configures and/or develops systems to support initial implementations and subsequent process optimization efforts. Works with IT team members to maintain solutions and ensure systems meet the needs of the global organization in terms of functionality and quality. Provides support to business associates on systems use as needed. Has a thorough understanding of the database schemas used by our Clients systems, the relationships between systems, and underlying data flows. Must have experience with database applications . Must have experience with database applications and specific experience with Workday Applications and product suite.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years with Workday Integration Experience
Experience with iterative or agile software development methodologies;
Strong understanding of cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns;
Working in a global/virtual team environment;
Demonstrating strong background in the areas of Java, Javascript, API(SOAP & REST), XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, oAuth 2.0, PGP, mySQL.
Prior experience with the following Workday Technologies
Workday Studio integrationReport as a Service3rd payroll integrationWorkday connectorsDocument Transformation & EIB
Workday API integration in both SOAP and RESTBIRT report design
Demonstrating prior experience with Workday HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting and Security configuration;
Solid understanding of security and data privacy standards, data governance and integration/development standards and best practices;
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday Certified Integration, Studio and CCTPP Consultants or Integration Pro
Workday Extend experience.
Azure and .NET experience
