Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote DocuSign Administrator Level 2 to join one of our banking clients in the South East. This is a direct placement opportunity and will be working off of East Coast hours. This person will partner closely with 2 other administrators on the team and will report to the DocuSign platform manager.



This role is responsible for gathering requirements from multiple Lines of Business for added features and requested configurations, creating templates, adding tags, creating groups, testing, moving Use Cases from Demo to Production, etc.



- Perform DocuSign implementation tasks including: configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design.

- Monitor and analyze trends associated with DocuSign through designing, implementing and maintaining performance measurement systems to ensure overall compliance

- Participate in weekly team meetings to cover solutioning to common problems and give status updates on projects

- Work with internal customers to identify and refine business requirements and workflows as defined by the key stakeholders and product owners.

- Develop strategies to enhance processes in accordance with ITIL best practices to enable CI/CD methodologies.

- Maintain and update documentation of processes and procedures.

- Create and update DocuSign reports and dashboards.

- Perform upgrades to the application as required.

- Perform system testing on production changes to ensure accuracy prior to implementing changes in production environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 + years of experience in a DocuSign administrator role with emphasis on previous integration experience

- Strong knowledge of DocuSign components: Templates, PowerForms, Change/Incident/Problem Management, User Set Up, Performance Analytics

- Advanced knowledge MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint

- Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and business processes quickly

- College Degree or equivalent work experience

- Customer-facing experience, ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Information Technology/ITIL Principles, Data Analysis, Reporting & Metrics, Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Tools

- Previous experience integrating DocuSign with ServiceNow platform

- Previous banking industry experience

- Knowledge of Helpdesk operations and fundamentals
