Job Description
An experienced leader to provide guidance Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap, including implementation of RBAC and ABAC models for corporate identities in a hybrid environment. The ideal person must be experienced in driving IAM technology changes, delivering projects, and implementing secure automated processes that combine both cloud and on-premise resources. Must be familiar with compliance and auditing controls required to implement corporate identity governance on cloud based and on-premise resources. The person should have hands on experience with integration on cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of overall IAM / software development experience, solution design and technical architecture experience.
* Experience with Okta Life cycle management or an Okta implementation
* Should have worked on multiple projects configuring Joiners, Movers and Leavers process
* Experience in how legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs).
* Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SPML, SSO, OR RBAC
* Strong knowledge of web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, OR REST
* Knowledge of software development security and cryptography.
* Knowledge of Java EE, Ruby, Java, C, ksh/bash shell scripts, Python or Perl and other development frameworks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience with SCIM connectors, Okta Workflows, Azuqua
* Experience with MFA, SSO, Kerberos, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, OR Privileged Access Management (PAM)
* CSP technical certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
