Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Administrative Specialist to work for a Medical Device company in Jacksonville, FL. The IT Administrative Specialist is responsible for handling administrative aspects within the Information Technology team to include budget reporting, vendor renewal negotiation, asset and software license tracking. The position requires various administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, procurement, asset management, and license management. This position requires strong organizational skills and process improvement competency. Basic knowledge of computers and technology-related activities is crucial to success in this position. This role requires a significant degree of autonomy and discretion in the interpretation, application, and execution of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities Include:

* Manage IT department contract renewals and assist with vendor negotiations

* Support the management team with supplier audits

* Coordinate IT events and meetings

* IT liaison for invoice processing with Accounting

* Create and manage tracking of department budget and purchases

* Printer lease management, supply procurement and repair coordination

* IT asset management for physical devices and software licenses

* DocuSign administration to include routing documents for signature, creating templates, and coordinating resolution of technical user account issues

* Draft and modify business documents, spreadsheets and reports as requested

* Perform administrative activities to include meeting scheduling, lunch meeting coordination, and professional correspondence

* Perform general clerical duties

* Establish and maintain hard copy and electronic documents

* Retrieval and Interpretation of Documents

Required Skills & Experience

* 3 years as an Administrative Assistant

* Prior experience handling budgets and expenses

* Intermediate Excel skills -- Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.

* Highly organized

* Professional demeanor

* Self-starters

* IT experience

* Negotiations with third parties/vendors
