The IT Business Analyst -- I (Junior) is a pivotal part of the applications team that works closely
with business owners, subject matter experts, senior management, and other members of the
IT team to support the development and ongoing management of business systems. The
position will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business, functional, and technical
requirements to facilitate development and support of business systems and applications.
As a Business Analyst (I), you will participate in requirements gathering sessions for new and
existing systems and be expected to craft the necessary requirements documents needed for
each respective project. Additionally, the Junior IT Business Analyst will assist in the creation
and maintenance of Risk Assessments, system testing / validation, UAT (User Acceptance
Testing), and post-deployment activities defined by structured SDLC and STLC processes that
leverage templated forms to ensure FDA and ISO Regulatory compliance.
