Insight Global is looking for an IPA Administrative Assistant to work remotely for a Financial Services company. This person will support 4 sales personnel within Pinnacle's Insurance Planning Advisors division.
Operations Functions:
* Obtaining/completing applications
* Process forms/applications with carriers and provide status updates on a regular basis
* Assist with appointment requests and licensing through back office
* Assist with Wire House compliance information for needed paperwork
* Act as a liaison between case management/point-of-sale/advisor/client
o Provide updates to all on complex cases
o Assist advisors with obtaining requirements
o Follow up with advisors when necessary
* Scheduling calls/touch points
* Act as secondary POC as necessary
Revenue Generating Functions:
* Assist with Email campaigns
* Event coordination/scheduling
* Previous insurance/financial services industry experience
* Familiarity with Contracts/general compliance
