This person will be helping our client with all their level 1 helpdesk issues via phone and occasionally walk ups. They will be sitting in the headquarters so need to have a good personality/professionalism because VPs and senior level mangers might be asking for help! 70% of their day will be over the phone support and about 30% walkups. They will be working with Miami, South America, Puerto Rico etc so they need to be able to read and write in Spanish and English!
