This candidate will be the first line of support when handling any issues and errors with the press. The issues could be simple such as replacement of a blown fuse, or more complex such as replacement of bearings/drums, or software related to if the press isn't communicating properly with the onboard PC. 100% phone support, they will assist the onsite technician at customer site remotely.
- 0-3 years experience troubleshooting printer issues, press issues, electrical components or mechanical issues
- Indigo Press hands on break fix skills, if no Indigo experience, then need to have strong electrical and mechanical skills
- HP Indigo Series 2 (5000) or Series 3 (7600) troubleshooting experience
