Position Summary
Required Skills:
Project coordination responsibilities relating to technology implementations upgrades conversion and recovery using the Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.
Manages/Coordinates resources within and across various lines of business and has matrix management responsibility.
Balances soft skills technical requirements scheduling milestone delivery of the technicall solution.
Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
Must be able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project and personnel on schedule.
Must be able to succinctly present progress as well as issues and be able to provide possible solutions as well as take constructive criticism and not let it affect you.
Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives.
Set and continually manage project expectations with management team members and stakeholders.
Must be able to identify changing priorities within the project and move resources to continue the most effective use of the resources as many times you are competing for their time with other concurrent projects
Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative manner.
