Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a REMOTE Full Cycle Accountant for one of the largest professional services firms in the nation. This person will be supporting the Bookkeeping connect service team, which is an outsourced bookkeeping, accounting, and business intelligence solution for small and medium sized businesses. This person will be supporting 5-10 clients; we are looking for someone who is a problem solver, can work at a fast pace, able to present creative solutions, and do the necessary research depending on the client's needs. Will bring/propose efficiencies to the client after reviewing accounting structure, transactions, etc. This can be a complex and challenging role!
Responsibilities:
* Full cycle Accounting and bookkeeping (AP / cash fixed assets / / p&Ls )
* Deliver ALL month end close activities as staff or senior accountant for the end clients
* Reconciliations
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business)
5-10 years of Full Cycle Accounting experience (including: AP, AR, bookkeeping, PNLs, reconciliations, Financial auditing, etc.)
1-3 years of Sage Intacct experience (Implementation experience is a huge plus)
Outsourced bookkeeping experience (client focused)
Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability - Outgoing PERSONALITY
Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, sorting data, ad hoc reporting, etc)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Non-profit, Private or Gov't sector accounting experience
Has implemented Sage Intacct software
Quickbooks Online (QBO)
CPA candidate
Management experience
Has worked for Big 4 (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC)
