Job Description
This Sr. IT Business Analyst will deliver business analysis services strategically to partners in technology and business. They will closely be working with business partners and units in order to understand the customer's:
-business strategy
-process services
-roadmap
-the way their business operates
Important deliverables are requirements framework, workflow diagrams, and developing user stories and acceptance criteria, which are discussed before development sprints. They will be collaborating with multiple teams including: architecture, business product owners, developers, and QA teams to make sure everything is executed correctly. This person is responsible for positively impacting company success by analyzing/documenting requirements, the development of process improvements, identifying new ways to create draw and less push-away, customer satisfaction, and maintaining metrics of success, reports, logging issues, and project summaries/updates.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5-7 years of BA experience with a SDLC focus
* Bachelor's degree
* Timeshare (preferred), financial, or hospitality background
* Highly skilled in methodologies such as: Agile, Scrum/SAFe, Waterfall, etc.
* Experience creating user stories, product ownership, acceptance criteria, translating requirements, process flows, process diagrams
* Skilled and experienced with both Visio and PowerPoint
* Great communication/translation skills -- will support and work with business stakeholders, Scrum, BRM, architecture and development teams
