Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Manager to support our facilities management client in South Florida. The Office Manager will report into the Facility Manager supporting a site location in Miami, FL with availability to be onsite at the Ft. Lauderdale location 1-2 days/month. This individual will be leading a building transformation, coordinating the logistics of an entire office floor move. The Office Manager will act as the first line of communication between the company and the client. This individual will partner with the Facility Manager on new initiatives and implementing processes for the site.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of office management experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Microsoft Office

Detail Oriented

Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, etc.
