An employer in Tampa, FL is immediately hiring an administrative assistant to support their office manager. This person will be responsible for front desk support such as answering the phone, coordinating vendors, scheduling meetings with Project Managers and engineering team, logging visitors, etc. The remainder support responsibilities are as follows
Scanning invoices and saving to electronic filing system
Create AP vouchers using a template and email out to approvers
Enter vehicle usage to freight cost report via Excel
Must have 2 years of corporate Administrative experience
Basic Excel knowledge (Can create spreadsheets, enter data)
Strong communication skills written and verbal
