Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Administrator II to work for a Medical Device company in Jacksonville, FL. The Salesforce Administrator Level II is heavily involved in maintaining the health and stability of the enterprise platform. The Level II Administrator manages user training and system access while maintaining data privacy and other security compliances. The Administrator additionally defines, architects, and implements approved solutions based on stakeholders' business requirements in addition to identifying and remediating system issues and implementing authorized system improvements.
Advanced Admin skills:
Govern system vision and direction and provide suggestions
Manage and propose platform and user security model to ensure Regulatory compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Log and track issues through resolution
Develop and deliver training for end-users
Support and train Junior Admins and other support team members
Ensure proper backup of system data and metadata
Ensure compliance and functionality of 3rd party apps
Ensure Sandboxes are maintained for data security and user access
System architecture and design:
Create and configure standard and custom objects and fields
Implement and manage standard and custom functionality such as Platform Encryption, Cases, and Territory Management
Employ system automation tools to include Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Lightning Flow
Design and implement solutions with minimal errors and minimal guidance
Use of change sets / migration tools to move functionality between environments
Coordinate with developers in designing and developing solutions
Participate in architecting database schema
SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle):
Gather and interpret Business Requirements for architectural decisions
Document business and functional documents in compliance with SDLC requirements
Participate in SDLC documents to include Business Requirements and Change Requests
Draft SDLC documents to include Deployment Plan and Technical Design Documents
Test and document results in accordance with company's validation requirements
Support QA team in testing SFDC seasonal releases and other updates
Basic Admin skills:
Create and maintain Users
Create training artifacts (documents and videos) for end users
Create and maintain permissions to include profiles, roles, and permission sets
Create and maintain page layouts
Create objects and custom workflows
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Maintain Territory Model
Support efforts to drive system adoption and continued improvements
Troubleshoot frontline user and system issues
Initialization and destruction of sandbox testing environments
Mass data manipulation using Data Import Wizard and Data Loader tools
* 2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience in Enterprise environment supporting 100+ users
* Salesforce Admin Certification
* Experience in elicitation and interpretation of business requirements
* Highly motivated self-starter that thrives in a busy environment
* Great written and verbal communication
* Advanced Salesforce Admin Certification
