An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for an IT Operations Analyst to sit on-site in their Tampa office.
This person will be:
Performing user account management within Active Directory
Imaging new laptops and working on configurations of laptops for new employees/users
Utilizing incident knowledge base within ServiceNow
Assisting with issues with Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft technologies
Supporting users on both deskside and over the phone
5+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Experience imaging and configuring laptops for new users/employees
Experience with Cisco devices and working with a network team to set up conference rooms and troubleshoot through issues
Experience with Exchange for managing mailboxes
Experience with Active Directory (adding/removing users, permissions, etc)
Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Applications: Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
