REMOTE Oracle Payroll Analyst IV

A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Oracle Payroll Analyst IV. You will be heavily involved with the go-live of the Oracle HCM applications. They are consolidating 7 apps into one, this is the first phase and the go-live is in June. You will perform parallel testing to ensure balances go right, build relationships with the payroll team, and work with other members on the Core HR side to learn what they know. You will work as a lead and help build a team to support the company's future state.

* 5+ years' experience as an Oracle Payroll Analyst

* Can learn/configure/ and test various HCM/Fusion applications.

* Comprehensive ins and outs of taxes and implementations of things that go with payroll -- understanding how the system work with each other. Oracle payroll will work with ADP -- performed in oracle transferred to ADP

* Working experience with other HRIS solutions such as Paradox, Taleo, ICIMS, Avature, SuccessFactors

* Advanced reporting writing using SQL and/or PL/SQL

* Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud -- Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor

* 3-5 years of experience with OTBI, BI Pblisher and Reporting/Dashboards

* ADP background
