Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Data Analyst III to sit remotely for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting, gather, clean, and analyze large sets of HR data from various sources including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management tools, and employe surveys. You will create HR reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics and KPI's such as turnover rates, employee engagement, performance evaluations, diversity, and other HR INDICATORS. You will be responsible for predictive modeling and forecasting as well as HR Strategy and Process Improvement collaborating with HR leaders to look for opportunities to enhance HR processes. You will ensure data is accurate and secure and help mentor junior HR analysts on best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years as a Data Analyst
* Bach in HR, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
* Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, OTBI, BIP, Oracle Sql Dev, OEM, Toad, Python, R, or similar platforms
* In depth knowledge of HR metrics, talent management processes, and HR best practices
* Familiarly with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction techniques
* Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with predictive modeling techniques
