An employer in the Railroad industry is looking for a Payroll Support Analyst to join their team in the downtown Jacksonville area. This role will consist of the following:
- Respond to inbound calls regarding payroll and union health and welfare inquiries. Search solutions and attempt to resolve cases on first contact.
- Resolve or successfully route self-service cases, emails, and faxes with the required information to the appropriate group for research. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
- Working closely with internal team members, investigating / addressing their payroll questions.
2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role, preferably in HR/Payroll
Ability to effectively deescalate situations
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Worked in environments that include Union protected workers/CBA (Collective Bargaining)
