BA/QA

A company in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for a BA/QA to join a team of 2 to work with business operation areas and development teams, provide technical leadership, business and data analysis, software requirements management, software testing, and business process engineering. You will work with the business to identify problems and participate in end-user testing (will not be looking at code). This person will work with the business to gather requirements and work across all IT teams (dev, infrastructure, enterprise architecture) to help deliver on those requirements

* 5+ years' experience in IT as a BA/QA

* Strong communication skills

* Able to gather business requirements

* Intangibles -- critical thinking + thought process

* Able to handle an unstructured environment -- self-starter mentality (not someone who needs a ton of structure)

* End-user testing

* Coming from a smaller environment (Swisher is very small so someone from a Florida Blue/BOA background may not love it)

* User stories

* Developed use cases

* Process design
