An employer is looking for a Desktop Support Tech to sit at Homestead Air Reserve Base in Florida. This person will function as a focal point for user problem resolution. They will utilize Remedy to enter, document, track, coordinate resolve user ticket issues as well as help image, reimage, work and assist tech refreshes for printer support, hand help mobile devices, tablets etc. Other responsibilities will include managing the Remedy ques supporting the local users and providing an always ready posture
1+ year of desktop support experience (Windows 10)
Experience working with a ticketing system
Security+ certification (or test scheduled)
Secret clearance
